Configuration Troubleshoot
Eek, we're sorry, it seems like you may be having trouble installing the configuration file? No problem, the configuration file makes life easier, but in a couple of minutes we can show you how to do this manually.
Just follow our lead:
STEP 1 - ADD a new Server:
First we need to add the Reach OnAir broadcast server. Click on the SETTINGS button, and then under the 'Server' option, click "ADD"​​.

Easy!



STEP 2 - Add Server Details
In the box that opened, now you need to add the server details. They are as follows:

Name: *Reach OnAir Live Show

Type: IceCast
-
Address: presenter.reachonair.com
-
Port: 8080

Password: **Your Reach OnAir Password**

IceCast MountPoint: Check your Members Area
-
It is a 5-7 digit number e.g. 123456

IceCast User: source

Once done, hit Save and you're all done with adding the server!
STEP 3 - Update Audio Settings
Now we need to update the Main Audio Settings. Go to the Settings > Audio tab. ​

Audio Device: This should be the soundcard you want the Basic Broadcaster to listen to. Every computer will be different, test what works for you.

Channel: Stereo

Sample Rate: 44100Hz

Streaming & Recording Codec: MP3
-
Streaming & Recording Codec: 320k
All done? There's no save button, you're now ready to move onto the next step!
